HENRY BRINKMAN, who is now living retired in the attractive little city of Montpelier, was a boy of about eleven years at the time of his parents' taking up their abode in Williams county, where he has maintained his home for more than sixty years, within which time he has witnessed the development of this section from the pioneer wilds to its present status as one of the most advanced agricultural and general industrial sections of the old Buckeye state.
