Flash flooding was reported at Black Canyon Road and Sutherland Dam Road northeast of Ramona. Several other flash floods were reported along Highway 78 between Ramona and Santa Ysabel. Water spilled over a small dam at Ramona Canyon Resort and flooded the creek that runs alongside Highway 78. No serious damage was reported.
