Cedar Grove, the town this property stands in, in 9 storm reports between 2000 and 2018: 3 wildfire, 2 heavy rain, 1 lightning, 1 flood.
No death or injury is recorded in these reports. Each account below is quoted exactly as the forecast office

opens the federal record of that event.
Park Service officials reported Lewis Creek near Cedar Grove had flooded and overflowed its banks. This flooding was in response to rapid snowmelt in the Southern Sierra Nevada.
Sugarloaf RAWS measured 1.10 inches of rainfall between 111 pm PDT and 511 pm PDT. More than half of the rain fell between 211 pm PDT and 311 pm PDT while a slow moving thunderstorm impacted the area.
The cost to contain the Burnt Fire is unknown. This lightning caused fire started on July 30th but no spot forecasts were requested to fight the fire until August 11th. The fire burned 1879 acres from July 30th through September 28th. The fire was managed for resource benefit. No fatalities, injuries, or structures were lost.
