Minor flooding was also reported to have damaged nearby homes.||Peak wind gusts of 48 mph were recorded at Sacramento Executive Airport on the 13th. Hundreds of trees and large branches fell, damaging numerous cars and causing power outages for approximately 124,000 customers in the Sacramento area.
