“The Waldo Historic District is a U.S. historic district in Waldo, Florida. It is bounded by Northwest 1st Avenue, Main Street, Southwest 5th Boulevard, and Southwest 4th Street, encompasses approximately 560 acres (230 ha), and contains 60 historic buildings.”

Small trees were blown down. Observer estimated 40-50 mph wind gusts and pea size hail along County Road 1475. The cost of damage was unknown but estimated for the event to be included in Storm Data.
Local article that documented a 5 yr old narrowly escaped injury when a tree fell through the roof of the home on Wabash Ave near Old King Rd. The boy was buried in rubble but escaped injury. The time of the event was based on radar.
Fire Rescue/EMA squad reported witnessing a brief tornado touchdown near an accident scene which damaged several structures and the roof of a wahrehouse. The initial event time was corrected based on further report from Alachua County Emergency Management.
Clay Electric Cooperative reported trees were blown down on power lines and power lines down along the Highway 301 corridor in northeast Alachua county. Most of the damage was in Waldo.
