Regional context, not property-specific
evidence. The
federal wildfire occurrence database
lists 75 fires within 5 miles of ST. NICHOLAS III (Sponge Diving Boat)
between 1992 and 2020, burning about 525 acres in total. 7 started naturally. 21 were recorded as arson.
Distance is straight-line from the map coordinates, so a fire counted
here may appear on a neighbouring settlement's page as well.

Regional context, not property-specific
evidence. The National Weather Service names
Tarpon Springs, the town this property stands in, in 15 storm reports between 1993 and 2018: 5 thunderstorm wind, 4 lightning, 3 hail, 2 flood.
The reports record 1 injury. Each account below is quoted exactly as the forecast office
filed it, from the NOAA Storm Events Database, and each date
opens the federal record of that event.
Heavy rains flooded roads in Tarpon Springs. One home on the 600 block of South Grosse Avenue was damaged as debris piled up in a nearby storm drain and caused flooding of three inches of water into the home.
Screens on a pool cage were ripped and a stop sign bent by estimated thunderstorm winds of 45 knots near the corner of Westwinds Drive and Cardinal Trail in Dunedin.
There were numerous reports from the broadcast media and trained spotters from Palm Harbor to Tarpon Springs of dime to quarter sized hail. A window was broken in Tarpon Springs from the hail.

testing that coordinate against the published boundary of every sheet.

enough to walk or drive between, ordered by distance from this one. Both
positions come from the same geocoding pass that matched these properties
to their map sheets.
