“Payne House, also known as Lynn Bluffs and Roby River Bed and Breakfast, is a historic home near the Missouri River in Rocheport, Missouri. It was constructed in 1856-1857, and is a large frame central hall plan I-house.”

Several large trees, approaching three feet in diameter, were also snapped off from near Rocheport to west of Columbia. Reported by the Columbia Emergency Operations Center.
June 2025	Thunderstorm Wind	Rocheport	$5,000	Thunderstorm winds downed trees, causing Highway BB to be blocked near Rocheport.
August 2020	Flash Flood	Rocheport	-	Up to three inches of rain fell in a short amount of time causing flash flooding. Numerous roads were flooded. About a foot and a half of water was over Paris Road near Brown Station Road.
June 2015	Flash Flood	Rocheport	-	Up to four inches of rain fell in a short amount of time onto already saturated soils causing flash flooding. Numerous roads were flooded including East Small Lane, off of Highway VV north of Columbia.
