It is believed that a large proportion of the gentlemen of the bar are not in posses sion of the reports at Inrge, at published by authority. To them, and to all who desire to obtain I he decisions of the tribunal of last resort in this Slate, at a moderate expense, this publi publication - cation publication must be moyt acceptable. In a volume of about nine hundred and fifty pages of closely, neatly printed matter; the mechanical execution, paper, ami binding of which, will bears favorable comparison with almost any law book from an eastern shop, n purchaser will obtain all the decisions of the Court, and the sliuentient opinions, with the statements and synopsis of the cases, contained in the first four volumes of the Ohio Reports, ac accompanied - companied accompanied by a new and copious index, for a bout one third the coat of the Reports in full; ns currently published . It is far from being inten intended, - ded, intended, hereby, to depreciate, in any degree, the value or utility of the full Reports, heretofore published. To many they are deairable, and will continue to he so1; but it may be remarked, that the earlier volumes become scarce, nml nearly out of print, and that this offers a conve uienl and economical choice to thoso who pre fer the eases in the eoqilenied form, at the re reduced - duced reduced expense.
