No X Date of Established District Name of Established District Further Description of Important Features This outstanding rowhouse is distinguished by the projecting pavilions with gabled ends supported by spindles attached to the beveled corners.
Low roofs between the pavilions, connect the recessed entrances. Windows are 1/1, gabled dormers exhibit shingle wall treatment, while the side facades display arched Gothic panels in an arcade fashion. The Victorian circle motif enclosed in a square is throughout istory and Significance the building. site originally owned by Nicholas Longworth, and his Tusculum subdivision was surveyed in 1869. Shortly thereafter John Longworth sold the property to subsequent owners. Description of Environment and Outbuildings The rowhouse is located on a hillside - all sides of the lot are at different elevations.
