Further Description of Important Features These & many other remnants of stone walls are unique to the village of Dublin & surrounding area and are reminiscent of the craft brought to other by New England settlers. see attached map for other remnants of walls included in the nomination 43. History and Significance THESE WALLS, ACCORDING TO HARTMAN, ARE THE OLDEST IN DUBLIN, HAVING BEEN ERECTED AFTER THE DEATH OF LUDWICK SELLS IN 1823 BY HIS SON, WM. HENRY SELLS. 44.
