Cornice or plain brick style - gable roof covered w. asbestos shingles. Chimney at original south end. Window on east side ws, w/headers & 6/6 panes. Built into small hillside. 43. History and Significance Part of original farm complex for B. Sells homestead - Sells was an early Dublin area settler who came here ringhte 1800 w/his father + brothers.
