Several facing materials used including clapboard shingles on lower half with alternating rows of curved and angular imbricated shingles above. Simple bargeboard with two dimensional design. Lean - to addition to rear. 43. History and Significance Built by Harry Artz and his wife Sally Thomas in 1870. One of the remaining late 19th century residences in the Central Business District 44.
