Further Description of Important Features LRM stove pipe foundation laid with no mortar. Paired sliding doors on w. side. loft opening (1935) cut through main door as ys of builder also employed as cattleman over stalls & yard below--loft unusually built _over stalls below. Interior was unlined without pegged framing. Roofing & siding all repaired. Post 1935 wood shed, one story to the n.w. 500'. Flooring as much as removed oak planed (approx. 45" x 30'). 43. History and Significance Early barn associated with the homestead of Benjamin Sells, an early settler of the Dublin area; Built by B. Sells B. Sells came with his two & 3 brothers & other men to 1803. Hay use Washington Township's first settlers. 44. Description of Environment and Outbuildings barn standing, slightly "hilly" terrain smoothing out into fields. 45.
