Further Description of Important Features The basic shape of the original building is all that the exterior has to offer in terms of original features. Recent remodelling included a new roof and new exterior siding and new window openings. The interior, especially the restaurant, reveals original features such as the large wooden supports. 43. History and Significance This was one of the early warehouses in Vermilion shipyard. It and the Kishman Fish Company buildings (ERI 401 C8) are all that is left of the old shipyards. Excellent interior fabric still intact. An excellent link to Vermilion's maritime heritage. 44. Description of Environment and Outbuildings Located on a sloping piece of land, this building faces onto Main St. on one side and the Vermilion river on the other.

They continue to use the N.R. forms w/o a notification, yet also fall about the intact historic setting. Many of the statements of significance leave a lot to be desired.
