The brick has been scored to allow for the large windows were placed in the first floor, flanked by yellow hard brick columns and an addition with a Flemish facade, three dormers, and a Greek Revival cornice with entablature and returns.

This building is, overall, an architectural hybrid, but the stone lintels and sills, the random-width, hand-milled attic floor boards, and random-coursed foundation of origins.
