White terra cotta with light blue spandrels between the first and second floors, and the fourth and to both sides of the door. Ornamentation includes swags above bays 43. History and Significance The Cook Building is significant because of its architecture, and because it is one of the office buildings constructed when Prospect Avenue was a significant office and conmercial architecture. The Cook Building has a white terra cotta facade with blue terra cotta trim. 44.
