The windows have stone sills and wooden drip moldings as hoods. The porch is a later addition, and is more Queen Anne in style. 43. History and Significance and because it is the home of an important military man. The house was built about 1870 as the home of Jeremiah Ensworth. Ensworth was a principal in the firm of Fogg, Ensworth 44.
