Windows have segmented arches and stone hoods. Neo Classic front porch added in 1895. Double door entrance. To the right side of the house there is a one story enclosed porch that was also added in 1895. the home of an important businessman and a woman involved with the local suffrage house is a good representative example of Italianate residential architecture. Features that make it a good example of the style are the bracketed cornice, the eyelet windows (over) 44.

Description of Environment and Outbuildings To the rear of the property there is a two story Tudor Revival style carriage house. Presently this is vacant and in poor condition. 45.
