Description of the property

by side on two floors (2 over 2). The stair to the second floor is situated in the south- a third room to the south on the first floor, and an attic space (now finished) to the south the second floor is equally divided between the landing/hall and a bedroom. The north half into this space recently.. (See floor plans attached.) The interior fireplaces have been exposed/rebuilt.
