Broad St. In 1863 the city annexed eastward out to what residential development was characterized by the Italianate style. Built c. by a low-pitched hip roof, tall narrow chimneys, wide eaves supported by Linus B. Kauffman, Vice President of the Kauffman-Lattimer Co., wholesale druggists, lived in the property from 1907-1931. His widow, Clara Kauffman, continued to reside there until 1936. ornamentation.
