Tuscarawas Street. With one exception, all of the houses east of downtown are frame, hip roof houses, and only survive in Dover; except for the Deis House, all are hip roofed. Brick Italianates are concentrated along N. Wooster Avenue (the main N-S street), but only three, at 521 & 530 N. Wooster, and at the SW corner of 7th St. & Wooster, still retain enough integrity to 1868 ornamentation.
