Westchester County police reported that sections of the Bronx River Parkway, including the Main Street Exit in White Plains (both north and south bound) were closed. Flooding also occurred near Palmer Road and the Scout Field Area near Midland Ave. The Saw Mill River Parkway at Manville Road in Pleasantville was also closed.
