“Rail and Titsworth Canal Warehouse, also known as DeCilio's, is a historic canal warehouse building located at Belfast in Allegany County, New York. It is the oldest surviving warehouse from along the route of the Genesee Valley Canal, later Genesee Valley Canal Railroad.”

Flooding from a nearby creek closed the intersection of Gleason Hill Road and Route 305. Additional flooding was reported on several other roads in Belfast and New Hudson.
Severe thunderstorms moved across portions of western and central New York. The thunderstorm winds downed trees and power lines. Power outages were scattered across the entire area. In Lewiston, the thunderstorm winds moved a mobile home a foot and a half off its foundation. In Niagara Falls, an elderly woman was standing near a window when lightning struck her and knocked her to the floor. She suffered a broken hip.
