The associated trailing cold front tracked slowly across northern New York during the morning and afternoon hours. This front was preceded and accompanied by thunderstorms with damaging winds and weak tornadoes. A weak F0 tornado touched down just southeast of Gouverneur with large trees damaged and some roof damage.
