“Paul's Cathedral in Syracuse, New York is the seat of the Diocese of Central New York in the United States Episcopal Church. It was designed by Henry Dudley, who worked with Frank Wills until Wills' early death in 1857.”

Lightning also took out power to 1,000 customers in nearby DeWitt.

Dozens of cars were under water some up to hood. Dozens of homes and businesses had several feet of water in them. Roads were damaged.
