“US Post Office-Hempstead is a historic post office building located at Hempstead, Nassau County, New York, United States. It was built in 1932 and designed by consulting architects Tooker & Marsh for the Office of the Supervising Architect.”

The church's organ, van, printers, furniture, religious artifacts, robes and several computers were destroyed. Several other vehicles in the church's parking lot were also damaged by flood waters. Numerous residents of Lido Beach, Long Beach and E. Atlantic Beach also sustained damage from flood waters entering their homes.
