National Register of Historic Places in 2012, along with two others recommended by Oregon's State Advisory Committee on Historic Preservation in October, 2011.”

May 2001	Lightning	Enterprise	$40,000	Lightning struck a 75 foot radio antenna and short-circuited many electronic devices such as faxes, computers and phones, which were located next to the tower. One business owner estimated total losses of over 25 thousand dollars. Other lightning strikes cut power to 800 customers in the nearby towns of Wallowa Lake and Joseph.
August 2009	Hail	Enterprise	-	Spotter reported the ground was white with hail and small branches were knocked down.
June 2006	Thunderstorm Wind	Enterprise	-	Large tree blocking the road to Freezeout Trail.
August 2006	Tornado (F0)	Enterprise	-	Brief landspout tornado observed moving north by several golfers at Alpine Meadows Golf Course northwest of Enterprise. Tornado hit trees and broke off branches up to 2 inches in diameter.
August 2001	Lightning	Enterprise	-	Lightning struck a tree southeast of Enterprise, knocking it into a power line. Power was then lost for around 5 hours to sections of Enterprise, Joseph, and Wallowa Lake.
