A female occupant in the vehicle drowned. Also, in Proctor, a woman drove a truck into a flooded creek at Old Fleming Road at the Proctor cut off. She was rescued by two citizens who broke the back window of the truck out. She suffered minor injuries from broken glass and some bruises.
