Several reports of baseball-sized hail were also received from the county, including reports of damage to cars and homes in Caldwell. Hail damage to cars was also reported on the south side of Lake Conroe. Other reports of hail up to golfball size were common. The storms evolved into a broken squall line and gradually weakened as they moved into the coastal counties. |
