November 2013FloodBlue Jay-An Emergency Manager reported that Fourth Avenue and Mountain Drive at Kendall Avenue were closed due to flooding. These are two low roads that cross a flood control channel. CHP reported standing water on Interstate 10, with lane 4 flooded, south of San Bernardino, near Colton. CHP also reported mud and large boulders on Lake Gregory Drive and Bernard Drive near Crestline. One to three inches of rain was reported over this large area over a period of about 6 hours from training heavy showers.
