The Ward and Fashion Valley trolly centers were surrounded by 1 to 3 feet of water. Water was flowing up to the Riverleaf Inn, mostly blocked by K-rail but was flowing into Hotel circle. Flooded areas were observed as early as 1 pm. Flash flooding along the river including Ward road.
