“Old Statehouse is a historic state capitol building located on The Green at Dover, Kent County, Delaware. It was built between 1787 and 1792, and is a two-story, five-bay, brick structure in a Middle Georgian style.”

Its highest crest was 6.80 feet at 715 a.m. EDT on the 13th.

Of note, Saulsbury Road in Dover was closed due to flooding. In addition, the Saint Jones River at Dover was above its 6 foot flood stage from 511 a.m. EDT through 1022 p.m. EDT on the 8th, and it crested at 6.62 feet at 1215 p.m. EDT. Event precipitation totals included 5.19 inches in Smyrna, 4.83 inches in Dover, and 3.70 inches in Felton.
