“All Saints' Episcopal Church is a historic Episcopal church located at 18 Olive Avenue, Lewes and Rehoboth Hundred in Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, Delaware. It was built in 1893 for the summer services of an Episcopal congregation.”

Lightning apparently struck the attic of the home. Six fire companies fought the blaze.

Smoke from one transformer forced the evacuation of the Star of the Sea Condominium. All power was restored by 1038 p.m. EDT that evening.
