“The Old Collier County Courthouse is a historic two-story concrete and stucco courthouse building located in Everglades City, Florida. Built in 1928, the Classical Revival-style structure served as Collier County's courthouse until 1962, when the county seat was moved to East Naples.”

The 48 hour rainfall totals in Everglades City reached up to 14 inches on June 11 and 12th. Other areas across Collier County were highly impacted and received up to 20 inches of rain throughout the 72 hour event from June 11 though 13th. With several rounds of heavy rainfall, there was 19.72 of rain measured at the Oasis RAWS in southeastern Collier County.

January 2022Tornado (EF0)Everglades City-Members of the public shared video of the tornadoes it passed near Everglades City after coming ashore. The survey observed a leaning power pole along Tamiami Trail just east of the intersection with State Road 29. The damage was tornadic in nature and matches with radar velocity/reflectivity at the time as a strong circulation passed over. Estimated peak wind of 85 mph.
July 2003HailEverglades City-The Sheriff and FHP reported three-quarter inch hail covering the roadway at the intersection of I-75 and CR 951.
November 1998Tornado (F0)Everglades City-A tornado touched down near the intersection of U.S. 41 and Highway 29 damaging trees along its path as it moved to the north.
