Exterior Description The building rests on a raised foundation, dressed in smooth faced ashlar limestone on the west and north elevations and raised entrance are stone. It is also Steubenville's most representative example of high-style, Neo-Classical Revival architecture. Of BACKGROUND HISTORY faith.
