Dear Carol: The Harrison-Landers House is significant for its Federal style archi- in the vicinity with its two-story brick construction, rectangular plan and gable roof ridge parallel to the road.
Other characteristics of this early house form displayed in the Harrison-Landers House are the flemish-bond facade, jack arch lintels and fanlight entrance. second story center doorway is another feature of this house that is unusual for the area. The Harrison-Landers House must be moved from its original site due to the acquisition of that site by the Hamilton County Park Board for an February 7, 1984 and will take about three weeks to complete.
The original setting of the house is in a flood plain adjacent to is a short street, with only a couple of residences and the three-story family residences scattered along them, but School Street to a lesser from the southern property line and will face southwest, fronting new site, along the less traveled School Street, will recall the basic Ohio Historic Preservation Office I am requesting approval of the moving of the Harrison-Landers House, National Park Service Newtown vicinity, Anderson township, Hamilton County, Ohio which was house in the area, its basic shape typical of the "pioneer" homes extension of their golf course.
