Description of the property

Limestone Vale Farm is located along the Olentangy River, approximately1/2 mile southwest remain relatively unchanged today. south elevations. Statement of significance

The house and barn at Limestone Vale are excellent, well preserved examples of rural domestic architecture in the Delaware area.The barn is one of four surviving examples of stone-end Daniel Stout, builder of Limestone Vale, was born in Berks County, Pennsylvania of German similar to those he left behind in southeastern Pennsylvania. The Stout family lived and farmed at Limestone Vale until 1972.
