significance of the earlier structure.No outbuildings exist. presently of red glass.A hipped roof open frame porch, supported by Tuscan columns CHECK ONE a ceramic block foundation.It is sheathed in shiplap siding trimmed with endboards. The house originally stood at the northeast corner of Steubenville Avenue and foundation was laid and the porch added.The house was moved by James MacFarland who was about to build a Neo-Classical Revival residence on the site, but who house is capped with a slate-covered gable roof, distinguished by inset gable-end moved about two hundred feet to its present location at which time the present addition with a 6'xgi open frame porch, appended to the first addition.As noted above, the additions retain the multi-light window sash.
