Description of the property

house has a 40' frontage and a 22' depth; a 1-story L-shaped wood frame addition wraps around frame addition, a 3-room structure built by Crooksville (Perry County), Ohio contractor Marion the south facade of the stone portion a distance of 18' shielding the original main door. Prior to 1933, the main door, located in the second bay to the east side of the south facade, was unshielded and was reached by a series of stone steps.
