Yes By What? No 40. Visible from Public Road? Yes No 41. Frontage on Road 75' frontage 42. Further Description of important Features The rich ornamentation-pilasters, cornices, terra cotta trim, etc. make this a very delightful commercial building. The ground floor was mangled in a remodeling job. This building is separated into two units by Mussey's Block. 43. History and Significance The style of the buildings suggest that they were built well after 1873 when a fire destroyed this side of Broad Street. It is most likely that they were built around 1900's as the name implies. The open rectangvlar lght well makes it one of the most distinctive Commercial structures in the city. 44. Description of Environment and Outbuildings Since one of the buildings is on a corner, the side facade receives elaborate treatment. Both rear facades are given plain treatment. 45.
