Further Description of Important Features Five bay, storey and one half Greek Revival house with blind attic, narrowly spaced 6x6 windows, and a central entrance with a projecting architrave and dorie pilasters. Side screened porch and rear kitchen wing added later. 8. History and Significance J. Kent owned the property, 120 acres, in 1856. By 1874 he had only 99 acres. He may have been John Kent who came to Bath about 1820. The house is a good example of the earlier form of the Greek Revival style. 9. Description of Environment and Outbuildings House stands well back from road with several large trees in front. Well maintained barn next door.
