Side shed-roof porch with turned posts, carved brackets, balustered railing and saw-tooth vertical siding. Double entrances on porch with a tall 2X2 window. Foundation of coursed ashler. History and Significance Having grown up working at his father's mill, Edward Heller moved to Bath in 1870 and bought the Ghent Mills in 1871. The mill, the largest and best in western Summit County, stood across the street on the Yellow Creek. The mill, powered by steam and water, was a saw and grist mill. It did both custom and merchant work. Heller operated another mill a mile east of Ghent where he owned 71 acres. He had this property as late as 1911. Description of Environment and Outbuildings (attach map) The house stands near a quiet country road, in a hilly part of Bath Township covered with thick woods.
