Description of the property

is I-shaped with a rectangular two story attachment at the rear, which may be a later original front facade, which faces Summit St., and had an unbroken view of the Maumee River, features two three-sided ground floor bay windows flanking the original front Large, tripartite windows with cut stone rounded hood moldings above, and bracketed stone lug sills below.
