Description of the property

in the left section of the facade. The roof is of irregular lines including gable, hipped and a large conical roof on the turret.A gabled dormer is set on the front roof slope. The main entrance is sheltered by a hip roofed open frame porch with gingerbread plastered with gold leaf.The basement features a wine cellar. (in one paragraph) is virtually unchanged, providing an outstanding example of workmanship and taste of the in the late 19th and early 20th centruies.This home was built during that time by Thomas _economics with a prominent businessman of that time. 1900- military -art - archeology-prehistoric .community planning _ religion Frederich W..Erlich, owner of one of the largest dry goods concerns in the city. Erlich added the massive turret making the home a most imposing structure. On the exterior, the house, though somewhat altered, retains original features and fine detailing- The interior original five lots . The property has been well maintained and remained in the Erlich being of much smaller scale, modest design and of later vintage.
