Description of the property

The first, second, third, and eighth floors of the primary elevations show highly- skilled, hand-crafted cut stone plinth, columns, spandrels, window surrounds, capitals, The floor is of Tennessee marble, the same marble originally used for the front desk ceiling and wall, and the floors are polished terrazzo.
