The buildings are closely bordered by commercial structures.
Directly east is the twelve story Farmer's Bank Building, while to the west are a series of smaller two story commercial buildings. At the rear is a narrow alley and parking lot. square in plan and has a sixty foot frontage along Park Avenue West.
