The builder, William Hyde, squeezed a pretentious Ionic temple front on this house of otherwise ordinary dimen- sions.

The door and window openings, with their leavy Greek Reviyal trim, are not quite centerec between the columns. The steeply Sloped pediment allons for more headroom in the attic. 10.
