Description of the property

Situated in 125 George Street in the Old Susannah section of New Richmond, Ohio 400 half feet wide by thirteen feet long one-story extension, it is two "rooms" wide by and enclosed "Porch"). There are three windows across the second story front, and two windows and entrance (east end) across the first floor front, first floor and second floor windows) on the first floor east side, first and second floors openings symmetrically floor, with second and first floor windows asymmetrically placed. The main roof is metal, with three pitched sections (front and two sides) pointing up at the center of roof center ridge at the rear of the house, flush with the gables. Above each window .. the main fireplace, the remainder of the interior is unremarkable, though no main or area, and there remains a recessed entryway and front door.
