Slight differences in handling create a sense of variety among these essentially similar buildings. Unlike the more pretentious houses of the period, none of these houses shows any departure from Greek Revival forms.

Numbers 102-104 has four-bay fully pilastered facades and a paired Italianate porch. The double house is essentially intact and represents an important expression of the Greek Revival in a form not found elsewhere in Cambridge. 10.
