Further Description of Important Features This is basically a 2½ story brick 3-bay rectangular house with several several bays on the facade. The cornice board is decorated with dentil and swag moldings. A wooden gable with Palladian window covers two bays The gable roof is covered with slate and pierced with two end wall with slate roof and large garage type door. 43.

History and Significance details which distinguishes it from other similarly styled houses in the The decorative treatment of the two gabled roof surfaces on the facade exemplify this attention to detail. The Palladion window in steeply pitched roof on the dormer with its curled cornice differentiates it from others in Mansfield. consists of the western part of outlot 49. and there is a single classically detailed dormer over the third bay.
